Cordon Group among the 500 best employers in France!

A pleasant surprise for Cordon Group, which is included in the Capital list of the 500 Best Employers in France 2022

Published on 03 March 2022

We are honoured and proud to be included for the first time in the ranking of the 500 best employers in France 2022.  In 31st position in the High Tech category, we are ranked 376th in all sectors combined.

This survey, conducted independently and anonymously by Statista with a large panel of 20,000 respondents, analysed more than 2,100 companies in 32 sectors.

Our presence in this ranking is the result of our employees’ willingness to recommend our employer brand, combined with a strong appeal to employees in our industry.

Being included in the list of France’s best employers is the result of HR management that supports the employer brand on a daily basis, particularly on the themes of involvement and satisfaction. Our recent internal satisfaction survey revealed an overall satisfaction rate of 67.9%, a true social barometer of our Group*. These results demonstrate a positive dynamic in the development of each of our employees and underline one of our main values: “People-focused”, says Pierre Monteaux, Group HR Director.

Indeed, working at Cordon Group means :

  • Giving meaning to your career by working in a company committed to sustainable electronics
  • Sharing the dynamism, energy and audacity of a group, its founder and its teams
  • Being part of a family, a collective where each expertise guides the decision

If you want to join us, you should know that we have many job offers in various fields!

*In addition to the ranking “Best Employers in France” published in February 2022 by the magazine Capital, we launched a major employee satisfaction survey in November 2021 at our sites in France. This revealed an overall satisfaction rate of 67.9%. We are aware that we still have some way to go with our employees to reach the objectives we have set ourselves, but we nevertheless appreciate these satisfactory results and this encourages us to continue our actions to improve the well-being of our employees.
