Our vision for the future is to make the world a better place for future generations, develop services to minimise the environmental footprint and continue to adopt socially responsible practices.
We regularly communicate on our different actions in the field of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and share our successes as well as our different initiatives in this field. We have recently formalised all our commitments and objectives in a CSR policy. Although this formalisation is quite recent, our commitment to CSR has been the very basis of our business since the company was founded over 30 years ago!
In this interview, Anne Lucas, our CSR manager, explains Cordon Group’s CSR commitments and objectives.
Our CSR policy is based on 4 pillars:
- Environmental, to reduce our CO2 emissions, use renewable energy and reduce our plastic waste,
- Social, to improve working conditions, collaborate on work integration, and promote the professional development of employees within the group
- Ethical, to respect human rights at all times and to fight against corruption, to apply ethical and transparent rules, in particular with the implementation of means to fight and control fraud and corruption.
- Responsible purchasing, in order to maintain a collaboration with our suppliers, based on a continuous improvement approach and integrating environmental criteria
Our roadmap is thus clear for everyone, whether it be our employees, our customers, our suppliers or any other partner, until 2025.
