Repair
Our technical centres will repair your inverters. Each piece of equipment undergoes a precise diagnosis to identify the cause of the fault: power boards, IGBT modules, capacitors or control boards.
Our qualified technicians then replace or repair the faulty components, in compliance with manufacturers’ standards and electrical safety requirements.
Using our test and simulation tools, we systematically validate the correct operation of the UPS before returning it to site. This approach guarantees a rapid and reliable return to service, extends the lifespan of installations and optimises the return on investment of your equipment.
Reverse logistics
Our reverse logistics chain is designed to efficiently manage sensitive equipment. Each returned inverter is immediately taken care of by our technical teams for a complete diagnosis: power module testing, control circuit analysis, critical component verification and ageing assessment.
Thanks to an advanced traceability system using unique identifiers, we track the complete history of each device and direct the flow to the most appropriate solution: repair, reconditioning or recycling. Refurbishing et retrofit
In our specialised workshops, we extend the service life of your inverters through precise reconditioning operations. We replace critical components (capacitors, relays, fans), update firmware and adapt equipment to the latest network standards and technical requirements.
Our retrofit service also allows you to add new features to your inverters: injection limitation, battery storage management, compatibility with advanced control systems or cloud platforms. WEEE recycling
At the end of their life, your inverters are taken care of in our specialised processing units. Thanks to our ICPE-approved subsidiary RSB, each piece of equipment is methodically dismantled to extract and recover raw materials: copper, aluminium, rare metals and electronic components.
We pay particular attention to components with a high environmental impact, such as capacitors, batteries, screens and technical plastics. Our recovery rate exceeds 90% of the mass of equipment processed, and each intervention gives rise to a treatment certificate, which is useful for your CSR procedures and the environmental certification of your photovoltaic projects.
