Installation and setup
We deploy installation solutions carried out by our IRVE P1-P2-P3 certified electricians, who are specifically trained in the particularities of AC and DC charging stations. Each installation is carried out in strict compliance with current electrical standards, such as NF C 15-100.
Our expertise in installation protocols enables us to provide FAST, RELIABLE COMMISSIONING IN COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. The software configuration of the equipment can be carried out on site or remotely, depending on the specific requirements of the project. We thus guarantee secure deployment that is perfectly adapted to each operating environment.
Maintenance Ensure the continuity of your equipment.
Our maintenance offering includes all levels of service, from preventive to corrective maintenance, thanks to our IRVE P1-P2-P3 CERTIFIED teams. We offer periodic inspections and software updates to ensure the safety and continued compatibility of charging stations.
Each customer benefits from a CUSTOMISED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT, including specific commitments on response times and availability rates. Our packages are tailored to your specific needs: pay-as-you-go, flat-rate or performance-based maintenance. Our approach aims to maximise equipment availability while optimising operating costs for our partners.
Reverse logistics
We ensure optimised collection of terminals or sub-assemblies, whether they are intended for repair, renovation, reconditioning, exchange or reuse. These flows are CENTRALISED IN OUR LOGISTICS HUBS, where each stage is carefully controlled: unloading, verification, unpacking, registration, sorting, and internal or external dispatch. Thanks to our information system, each piece of equipment benefits from COMPLETE TRACEABILITY THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
This visibility speeds up processing times, ensures transparent tracking and directs products to the best channel: repair, refurbishment or recycling. This intelligent management optimises the use of resources, maximises the value of functional components and actively contributes to a sustainable circular approach.
Repair Center
We respond quickly when equipment breaks down or is deemed out of service. This step involves collecting the faulty terminals on site and transporting them to a dedicated repair centre. This avoids systematic replacement and reduces maintenance costs.
At our site, TERMINALS ARE DIAGNOSED, REPAIRED, AND THEN RIGOROUSLY TESTED to ensure they are in good working order. Refurbished products are then stored and ready for reuse in the field, extending their lifespan and contributing to a CIRCULAR ECONOMY approach.
Refurbishment & Retrofit
We also provide industrial reconditioning services involving RECOVERY OF EXISTING TERMINALS, followed by a phase of IN-DEPTH FUNCTIONAL TESTING, PRODUCT CLEANING and COMPLIANT REFURBISHMENT. This approach not only guarantees that the reconditioned equipment will function properly, but also ensures that it looks good and blends in seamlessly with its original environment.
EXTENDING THE LIFESPAN OF CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE and adapting it to technological developments is a major strategic challenge. Our technical teams replace or update components, software and user interfaces to GUARANTEE THE COMPLIANCE AND OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE OF CHARGING STATIONS. Recycling of WEEE
At the end of their useful life, charging stations and their components must be treated in accordance with regulatory requirements. We rely on the expertise of RSB, our subsidiary specialising in the collection, recycling and recovery of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), which has all the necessary accreditations. In addition, the RSB site is classified as an ICPE (Installation Classified for Environmental Protection) under authorisation.
This expertise enables us to ENSURE SELECTIVE, TRACEABLE AND RESPONSIBLE TREATMENT of all waste from charging infrastructure. This approach is part of our strong commitment to the circular economy and reducing our carbon footprint, bringing significant added value to our customers while preserving the environment.
