The key steps in maintaining your defibrillators

To meet technical requirements and regulatory obligations, we plan an annual preventive maintenance visit together in the month before the anniversary date to ensure optimum operation.

WHAT WILL THE TECHNICIAN DO DURING THE MAINTENANCE VISIT?

  • Traceability: checking the serial number, recording and labelling to ensure that each appliance can be traced,
  • Complete inspection: check the casing, the general condition of the appliance, its accessories and consumables,
  • Diagnostics: self-test (+20 checkpoints and information records),
  • Consumables: Replacement of electrodes and batteries according to expiry dates,
  • Intervention report: Preparation of a compliance report including photos and data extraction,
  • Recycling of obsolete equipment, accessories and used consumables in a certified treatment process,
  • Remote maintenance: Telephone maintenance in years 2 and 4, with a compliance report sent to you.
