Published on 29 January 2026

After nearly 40 years of service, Hervé is preparing to close an important chapter of his professional life. At the end of the week, he will begin a well-deserved retirement, leaving behind an exemplary career marked by passion, dedication, and commitment.

Having joined the Dinan site in 1986, Hervé devoted his career to electronics, putting his technical expertise and team spirit at the service of both his colleagues and the company. A respected electronics engineer, he has supported the evolution of technologies and professions while remaining true to the values that define Cordon Group.

A Well-Planned and Sustainable Handover

Aware of the importance of continuity, Hervé worked side by side with Alexis Lucas for nearly a year to ensure a smooth and solid handover. This period went far beyond a simple transfer of skills: it was a true moment of knowledge sharing, combining technical know-how, working methods, experience, and shared values.

This intergenerational collaboration perfectly illustrates the richness of the electronics technician profession, where experience supports innovation and prepares the next generation.
